Adrian Pringle is a partner in the company operating as the President. Adrian has a background in Industrial Technology with a concentration of Drafting & Design, B. S. degree awarded from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a M.S. degree in Information Technology with a concentration of Information Security & Assurance from Towson University. Adrian has worked in various sectors of industry including academia, government, private sector, and has served in many roles including senior management. Adrian has also owned and managed a small IT consulting company in the Baltimore, MD area. He is task oriented and pays attention to detail, Adrian also values the idea of continuous improvement and lifelong learning as integral to success. He enjoys traveling, watching sports, charter fishing.

Rodnell Graham became a partner of CIG in 2018, currently the acting Secretary. His previous work experience included being a team leader at Chrysler Corporation and foreman at AMTRAK. He has held leadership positions at AMTRAK for the past 7 years. He is a graduate of Wilmington University, majoring in Behavioral Science. Currently, he lives in Bear, DE with his wife. When he is not busy with his first grandchild, he can be found deep-sea fishing.

Eddie Watson, is a partner and acting Treasurer for CIG. In his role, Eddie oversees the financial administration of the company, reviews procedures and financial reporting. He has also been a valued member of the International Longshoreman Association for 19 years.

James Mills became a partner with CIG in 2018 and currently holds the position of Education and Training Coordinator. He brings previous work experience as an Operating Engineer with Local 542 Union, where he operated various large equipment such as cranes, earth-moving equipment, and commercial vehicles. Currently, his focus is in commercial logistics, ensuring efficient transport of goods to customers. James is a graduate of William Penn H.S. in New Castle, DE, and currently resides in McDonough, GA. When he's not working, he enjoys gardening and spending time outdoors appreciating the beauty of Mother Nature.
